美國地方有線電視商Charter宣布，以16.3億美元(約127億港元)收購Cablevision旗

美國地方有線電視商Charter宣布，以16.3億美元(約127億港元)收購Cablevision旗下的Optimum West。交易將進一步擴大Charter的覆蓋率和市佔率，特別於美國西部地區。

Charter表示，收購代價相當於Optimum West在2012年度第三季EBITDA的8.9倍。

Optimum West於西部州份擁有36.6萬戶有線用戶，而Cablevision在2年前斥資13.7億美元，從私募基金購入相關業務；Charter則於25個州份中為約520萬戶有線用戶提供服務。(ce/u)
