110億美元 美航與全美合併

根據美聯社報導，美國航空公司(American airlines)和全美航空公司(US Airways)在今天(14日)宣布，兩家公司將在一項高達110億美元的合約之下合併，成為全球最大的航空公司。

兩家公司合併後的名稱仍將叫做美國航空公司(American Airlines)，不過，將由全美航空的執行長帕克(Doug Parker)出任新公司執行長。

在這項合併案之後，美國的大型航空公司將減少為4家。
